Our History
K&M Industries Consulting Group LLC was officially established on April 17, 2026, as a Texas-registered limited liability company headquartered in the Dallas area. But the story behind the company began long before the paperwork was filed — K&M was born from a legacy of service and a belief that the true measure of any work is the lives it touches.
Founded by Kenneth C. Ajuobi (Chief Executive Officer) and Malik Durant (Chief Operating Officer), K&M delivers business consulting, web design, data management, and government contracting services — all held to one standard: the best service we can possibly build.
Our Foundation
K&M's foundation is deeply personal. When our CEO's mother passed away, she left behind more than memories — she left a mission. Her life's purpose was to serve the community, one helping hand at a time. That calling didn't end with her. It became the blueprint for everything K&M stands for.
Kenneth carried her mission forward into business: serving, helping, and delivering the best service possible to every person and every company he works with. When Malik came alongside as co-founder, he brought the same conviction — a shared vision to serve the community and give businesses the best value possible.
