Refund Eligibility
Consulting Services Strategy sessions and consulting engagements are non-refundable once the session has taken place. If you need to reschedule, please see the Cancellation Policy below.
Web Design & Development

If K&M Industries has not yet begun design work, the deposit is non-refundable but the remaining balance will not be charged.

Once design work has begun, no refunds will be issued for completed milestones or work already delivered.

If a project is paused or abandoned by the client for more than 30 consecutive days without communication, K&M Industries reserves the right to close the project and retain all fees collected to that point.
Data Management Services

Setup and configuration fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.

If a deliverable does not meet the agreed-upon scope, K&M Industries will work with you to correct it at no additional charge before any refund is considered.
Maintenance Retainers Monthly retainer fees are non-refundable for the current billing period. You may cancel future billing at any time in accordance with the Cancellation Policy below.
Dispute Resolution
If you are dissatisfied with a deliverable or outcome, we ask that you contact us at kmconsulting@kmindustriesconsulting.com within 7 calendar days of receiving the deliverable. We will review your concern and respond within 3 business days with a proposed resolution, which may include revisions, partial credit, or another mutually agreed remedy. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and directly. We ask that clients communicate concerns to us before initiating any chargeback or third-party dispute with their bank or payment processor. Chargebacks initiated without prior communication to K&M Industries will be disputed with full documentation of services rendered.
Monthly Maintenance Retainers
Retainer agreements renew monthly. To cancel your retainer:

Email kmconsulting@kmindustriesconsulting.com with the subject line: Retainer Cancellation Request.

Cancellations must be submitted at least 7 days before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month.

Your retainer will remain active through the end of the paid billing period. No partial-month refunds are issued.
